My PhD thesis in computer science: Dynamic Ordered Inheritance and Flexible Method Dispatch. It is about code- and object reuse and coupling of components through delegation and smart command objects. Use it as general dispatch mechanism for toolbars, menus, scripting, and remote interfaces. It reduces dispatch code and effort for writing new components.
